This site is a puzzle box with money inside. Every hour one wallet is on the table, and every trade feeds it: creator fees stream into the live vault for the full sixty minutes. The wallet's key is a twelve word phrase. We print two. The other ten are hidden in the machinery around you, behind riddles, timers and things most visitors never think to touch. The first person to assemble all twelve owns the wallet and everything in it. No raffle, no whitelist, no team wallet. Just you against the clock and everyone else hunting.
A fresh wallet goes on the clock every hour. While it runs, creator fees pour in, so the prize climbs in real time. At the top of the hour it closes and the next vault takes over.
Words one and two are printed on the door. The remaining ten hide behind the riddles on the hunt board. Solve a riddle, do the thing it points at, and the word surfaces once. Write it down.
Enter the twelve words in exact order and the vault opens. Import the phrase into any wallet and the hour's fees are yours before anyone else gets there. Then the clock resets.
Each hidden word leaves one trace. The board tells you where to press, wait, or type. When a word surfaces, it appears once. Write it down. This page will not remember it for you.
Found words light up on the door and on this board for you only, and the board forgets everything when you leave. The traces do not move: anything you lose can be surfaced again. The site never fills the unlock grid on its own.

The twelve words never sit in this page as text. Each word is stored only as a SHA-256 hash for verification, and the traces decode themselves the moment you trigger them, not before. Reading the source will not open the vault faster than playing.

All timing derives from the wall clock in America/New_York. Every visitor sees the same vault, the same countdown, the same twelve slots. Refreshing changes nothing.
